Medical services are so expensive that it is very difficult to get treatment for a common man, many people die because they cannot afford some medical services in big hospitals. It is very difficult to afford medical services by a middle class person so what we can expect from poor. Health care services are the foremost required thing that should be easily available & affordable to all.

Government Hospitals are the only hope for the poor people, so the government hospitals are so crowded.It takes lot of time to get examined in a government hospital. In the country like India where there is lot of population healthcare service is very big issue. According to an Article published in a news paper there is 1 Government allopathic doctor for every 10,000 people in India.

People in rural areas does not have access to good healthcare facility. They have to go to urban areas to get the access of the good medical facilities. There are some unqualified medical practitioners also who opens there clinics in rural areas, they don't have proper knowledge, but due to lack of healthcare facilities in rural India, people don't have the choices. These unqualified medical practitioners are taking advantage of the situation and they are doing good business.

Secondly nutrition value is also very low in fast food so we don't get the actual nutrients required by our body. We fall sick & then we have to take lots of medicines. This is very serious health issue increasing day by day. Awareness is much required at early ages so that we should not get addicted to fast food. We should eat vegetables & fruits. Vegetables & Fruits have high nutrition value that our body requires.

Farmers are using fertilisers & pesticides in large scale to save the crop & for high productivity. Definitely they are getting high production but this is also creating some serious problems. Use of Fertilisers & pesticides is reducing the quality of soil or we can say soil pollution. These fertilisers & pesticides get mix with ground water & also polluting it. which is finally consumed by us & that causes some serious health problems. Use of fertilisers & pesticides should be minimised or banned. We should start eating organic food. Organic food is very healthy and has all nutrients with it. So farmers should be aware of side effects of use of fertilisers & pesticides.

Third thing that is affecting the health of people is adulteration. Adulteration in food also causes health problems. Now a days the most adulterated thing is milk & its products. There are certain non food items that is mixed with food , like detergents etc. which can cause serious health problems. Dairy farmers work hard to get the milk. but all dairy farmers doesn't have good facilities for there animals , Unhygienic conditions may lead to diseases and ill health of animals. which at last affects the people who consumes that milk.

Fitness is to be physically & mentally healthy. Fitness is very much required thing for human body. Earlier People were more fit then today. Because lot of hard work & physical activity was involved in there daily life style. But now in the modern era of automation people doesn't require to hard work. Every work is simplified using modern techniques, so physical activity is highly reduced which is resulting in lack of fitness. so now people have started going to gyms. They have started doing physical activities so that they should remain fit & healthy. Modern world has made our life simple but it has reduced the ability of body to work which makes us lazy and unfit. Jogging, Walking, Swimming, cycling are some aerobic exercises that can make us physically fit.


Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life. A minimum of 30 minutes a day can allow you to enjoy these benefits. Doing any physical activity is better than doing none. If you currently do no physical activity, start by doing some, and gradually build up to the recommended amount. Be active on most, preferably all, days every week.
